I am a Licensed Professional Counselor in Wisconsin with 7+ years providing individual and group therapy and an additional 8 years in social services work. I enjoy working with clients to empower them to manage life stressors including difficulties with stress and anxiety, relationship issues, parenting issues, motivation, self esteem, and confidence.
I highly value the therapeutic relationship and work with my clients to build rapport and create an relationship in which they feel heard and valued without judgement.
