I am licensed Marriage and Family Therapist in Illinois with over 15 years of professional work experience. I have worked with children, young adults, and families from diverse backgrounds and experiences. I have had the privledge of supporting clients navigate relational issues, infidelity, family conflicts, blended families, trauma and abuse, loss of a child, stress of Military life, loss of motivation, depression, struggling self esteem, anxiety, and lonliness. I believe that you are the expert of your story and that you have many strengths that can assist you in overcoming various life challenges.
