I always want to start where you are. My therapy uses a combination of narrative, Person Centered, CBT and Mindfulness, depending on what is most appropriate. My style is to actively engage with you in the therapeutic process. Through virtual appointments, I provide a safe space for you to discuss and explore what’s going on in your life. Whether you want to work on anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship issues, or anything life has thrown your way, I would like to help with what you are going through.
