I am licensed in Virginia with work experience as a Professional School Counselor and a Licensed Professional Counselor. I have experience in helping clients with stress and anxiety, coping with grief and loss, motivation, self esteem/confidence, & coping with life changes. I have a holistic approach that is flexible, creative, person-centered, and goal-oriented. I enjoy the creative process of collaborating with clients to help them articulate how they think/feel/behave, and developing goals and strategies in order for them to live an authentic, purpose-filled life.
