Hello,
I am a licensed Marriage and Family Therapist in Wyoming (LMFT) and I have been working in the counseling field since 2016. I have experience conducting assessments, individual and, group counseling in office and online. I have experience working with clients presenting with depression, anxiety, relationship, parenting issues, teen concerns, trauma, abuse, crisis, and adjustment issues.
I tend to draw from a person-centered approach which means I consistently make effort to meet my clients “where they are”. I do have experience using different psychological modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Dialectical Behavior Therapy, Solution Focused and I am currently training in Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) therapy.
I feel honored to be apart of someone’s personal experiences and to be included in their journey throughout life. I approach my sessions by including client as I see us as a team; we will work together to address challenges and meet goals. I work very hard to provide a space that is free of judgement and criticism where we can change your life’s biggest challenges into opportunities for growth, joy, and peace.
