I am licensed in Florida with 5 years of professional work experience. I have experience in helping clients with stress and anxiety, trauma and abuse, & motivation, self esteem, and confidence. My specialties and focus includes childhood trauma, anxiety, and PTSD. I utilize a Cognitive Behavioral Therapy approach, with a trauma focus.
