Welcome! It would be an honor for me to guide you in working more deeply than in traditional talk therapy. I'm a somatic depth psychotherapist and have also studied with a shaman since 2015 to integrate the most ancient and effective practices in emotional healing! Licensed in Pennsylvania with 15 years of professional work experience, I've helped clients who are highly sensitive or empathic and clients experiencing stress and anxiety, lack of motivation, low self esteem and confidence, depression, and people undergoing major life transitions. I approach this work with a deep sense of reverence for you and what catalyzed your decision to reach out. I don't pathologize or see you through a lens of mental illness. Rather, I assist you in seeing your strengths and elicit your inner wisdom in order for you to break free from limiting beliefs, patterned behaviors, and inner criticism.
