I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor, MH17232, specializing in individual and couples counseling, and maintain a private practice in Deland, Florida. I graduated with my Master's of Science in General Mental Health Counseling from Capella University in 2016. I currently work with a broad spectrum of clients but my expertise is in using Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, and Solution-Focused therapy for anxiety and depression.

I consider myself an interactive, cognitive behavioral and solution-focused therapist. My therapeutic approach is to provide support and practical feedback to help clients effectively address personal life challenges. I integrate complementary methodologies and techniques to offer a highly personalized approach tailored to each client. With compassion and understanding, I work with each individual to help them build on their strengths and attain the personal growth they are committed to accomplishing.
