I am licensed in North Carolina with 3 years of professional work experience. I have experience in helping clients with relationship issues, self esteem, and going through life changes. I work with my clients to create an open and safe environment where thoughts and feelings can be shared without fear of judgment.

My therapy approach is more collaborative. I like to use the first 1-2 sessions to build rapport with my clients and get to know them on a more personal level. I'm also a strengths-focused clinician who will help you identify/utilize your strengths so that we can work collaboratively to problem solve and/or achieve any goals you've set for yourself.
