Hi. I'm Allene Lyons. I'm glad you took that difficult first step and reached out for help. I am a licensed clinical social worker with 48 years of experience working with adults over 19 years of age and providing supervision and consultation to colleagues. The natural course of life presents many joys; however, there are also challenges and transitions. There are times when we can bounce back from anything and there are times when our resilience falls short. It can be very helpful to have another person offer new perspectives or help us find the way out. Using psychodynamic and cognitive therapy techniques, along with providing a safe non-judgmental place, we can work together so the solutions and life changes you are seeking can be achieved. I work with adults struggling with anxiety, depression, relationships, ADHD, self-worth and women's issues.
