Life is sometimes like a roller coaster ride with ups, downs, curves, twists and turns. My goal is to work with clients to provide a safe, non-judgemental space to address their needs. As a Licensed Professional Counselor with a Masters in Counseling and a PhD in Educational Leadership, I am committed to working with clients during tough times to help with issues of depression, relationship issues, anxiety, stress, disappointment, grief and loss. Oftentimes, the stressful feelings adults experience are linked to childhood trauma and pain. I have over 10 years of experience working as a counselor and am ready to help.

My counseling style is supportive and encouraging, while providing a safe space for clients to be their 100% selves without any filters or judgement. I utilize the following counseling techniques: cognitive behavioral therapy and reality therapy.
