I have been a Licensed Professional Counselor for 18 years. I have been Supervising other counselors for 13 years. I have helped individuals resolve a wide range of internal conflicts and emotional issues. I am a firm believer that many emotional problems are interrelated. When personal issues are addressed in the proper manner, other areas in a person's life will begin to improve as well. During the counseling process, I focus more on the 'here and now' and preparing for the future. After knowing the importance of where one has been, I believe in moving on and taking proactive steps toward a better tomorrow.
