I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) nearing seven years of experience. My time as a social worker has led me to work with clients of all ages from toddlers to the elderly. My experiences have come from home and community-based settings, outpatient clinics, and inpatient facilities. I often take an eclectic approach implementing psychoedcuation, CBT, DBT, mindfulness, and solution-focused therapy. Of course, I'm always client-centered. This empowering approach allows clients to reach their best outcomes with counseling.
