I am a licensed clinical social worker with years of experience working with individuals with a wide range of concerns including but not limited to work challenges, self-esteem, ADHD, anxiety, and depression.

My therapeutic approach consists of using a strength-based perspective alongside psychodynamic and cognitive-behavioral therapy infused with mindfulness techniques to assist you in becoming the best version of yourself and reaching your highest potential. Sessions are conducted with compassion and empathy to understand and work through various issues in a safe environment.
