I am Alissa. I am a licensed mental health clinician specializing in trauma and addictions. I empower adolescents and adults to overcome addictions, anxiety, depression, unstable moods and relationship conflicts. I enjoy teaching coping skills and creating a safe space to get to the root of your struggles. I am certified in trauma, Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT) and addictions. Together we can identify what's not working and get you back to balance. We'll use a self-approach, addressing your unique needs to help you empower yourself and essentially develop a stronger relationship with yourself. I aim to create a safe space because I strongly believe that speaking where you feel validated promotes healing and growth. I'll meet you with compassion, empathy and valuable techniques so you can overcome anything that you may feel is holding you back.
