About

I am a licensed professional counselor in Idaho. Currently, I am working toward a certificate in somatic experiencing, which is a powerful resiliency model that supports the healing from stress and trauma. I have been working as a therapist since 2016. Since then I have collaborated with clients who have struggled with varying types of trauma, depression, anxiety, relationship issues, and ADHD.

It is important to me that I do my part in creating a warm and authentic therapy experience. My approach combines somatic experiencing, emotionally focused therapy, and attachment theory. I have found these modalities to offer the insight and growth essential to fulfilling personal progress in therapy. It is courageous to address internal struggles and build an increased life of enjoyment. I look forward to working with you in this pursuit.
