I am a Marine Corp Veteran (1990-1994) with 15 years of counseling experience, including Couples and Family Therapy.
My counseling style is warm and interactive. I am respectful, sensitive to others' journey, compassionate and understand that especially right now in our history, we are looking to one another for positive support and guidance. I don't believe in stigmatizing labels and promote inclusiveness. My approach combines cognitive-behavioral, trauma informed care, and is strengths based.
