About

I graduated from Post University with a Masters Degree in Human Services with a concentration in Counseling, Drugs and Alcohol. I have over 10 years of experience working as a counselor and case manager. I have worked with clients with a wide range of concerns including depression, anxiety, relationship issues, parenting problems, career challenges, learning disabilities, drugs and alcohol issues, anger issues and women’s issues to those who are on probation or parole. I was born and raised in Connecticut. I am married and raising 2 daughters who are 14 and 11, so I totally understand the struggle to find balance between work and parenting. I am an active PTA member in my local PTA. I have been a girl scout leader and an Odyssey of the Mind coach. Reading is my favorite pastime but I am also working on doing more yoga (the struggle is real).
