About

I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker and am licensed in both Montana and Idaho. I have experience working with children, teens, families, military service members and veterans, and people with developmental and intellectual disabilities. I work with clients on things like processing trauma, stress management, coping skills for depression and anxiety, and just being a safe place to vent after a not so great day. I'm here for you and am flexible to meet your needs for counseling. I tend to be pretty eclectic and don't usually stick with one style. I think you have to use what works!

I believe that you have to have a sense of humor to get through the tough times in life. I want to help you figure out what you need to get through those tough times so you can emerge even stronger than before!
