I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) and Certified Clinical Anxiety Treatment Professional (CCATP). I earned my Bachelor of Science degree in Criminal Justice from the University of Louisiana, Lafayette, and my Master of Social Work degree from Southern University, New Orleans. I have a strong background in the health/mental health field with more than fifteen years of experience. I have worked equally with children, teens, and adults, addressing a wide array of concerns including addiction, anxiety, grief and loss, trauma and abuse, family and relationship issues, post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD), domestic abuse, and women’s issues. I draw from a number of methodologies when working with my clients. Among those are Motivational Interviewing (MI), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Mindfulness Therapy, and Solution Focused Therapy.
