About

I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker in Oklahoma with over 9 years of experience working as a medical social worker and mental health therapist. I have worked with clients with a wide range of concerns including depression, anxiety, grief and loss, trauma, relationship issues, ADHD, chronic illnesses and personality disorders.

My counseling style is client-driven, laid back approach giving autonomy and respect to the clients. I meet the client where they are at in their lives believing the importance of mental health and the role it plays in every aspect of our lives. I believe in treating everyone with compassion, full confidentiality and will not put stigmatizing labels on clients. My common therapeutic approach’s includes cognitive-behavioral, strength-based, client-centered and trauma-focused work. I will tailor your needs in developing a treatment plan to address specific goals/objectives to best help you in your journey towards healing.
