Your authentic self is beautiful. Unfortunately sometimes we lose ourselves when we get caught up in the way we think we "should" be in various relationships, workspaces, and societal expectations. Losing or ignoring who we truly are can lead to relationship issues, depression, anxiety, and general life dissatisfaction. Sometimes losing ourselves happens due to traumatic life circumstances and sometimes it's due to years of unrelenting pressures. Let's get curious about your passions, work together to let go of what's not working, and build a roadmap so you can step in to a more authentic you.
I have worked with people impacted by trauma for the past 10 years as a case worker, therapist, and coaching teams. I have significant experience working with people impacted by abusive relationships and/or childhoods, sexual assault, difficult workspaces, and people who believe they don't deserve happiness because they're unlovable.
