I'm a counseling and behavioral therapist. I am an LPC-Associate, I specialize in marriage and family therapy, and I am certified in applied behavioral analysis. I am supervised by Mrs. Debbie Gardner, LPC-S, LMFT-S. I have been providing services to individuals with psychological and behavioral disorders for a little over 5 years. Therapy modalities that I use are CBT, CPT, DBT, REBT, SFBT, PCIT, ABA, positive psychology, reality therapy, Gottman methods, family systems therapy, Christian counseling, person-centered therapy, and narrative therapy. I earned a Bachelor of Science in Psychology and Business Management at Texas A&M University-Texarkana. I earned a Master of Arts in Counseling Psychology and Marriage and Family Therapy at LeTourneau University in Longview, TX. I also obtained a certification in Applied Behavioral Analysis from Capella University in Minneapolis, MN. I've worked in in-patient, PHP, IOP, and individual clinical settings. I am a passionate and empathetic therapist with strong counseling abilities and an understanding of interpersonal familial relationships. Through clinical experience, compassion, and empathy, I support and assist those willing to make a positive difference in their lives. I pride myself in providing a safe and supportive space, to work side by side with my clients to help them to overcome their barriers. I am fully committed to listen and offer my best professional practices to help you. I am straight forward, I have a heart of a servant, and I love the work that I do which is helping people live better, productive lives.
