I am a Licensed Professional Counselor in Alabama. I hold a Master's degree in Marriage and Family. I have seventeen years of experience working with individuals presenting various life challenges such as abuse, anxiety, depression, grief/loss, parenting, personal growth, and relationship issues. I work with adolescents and adults.

My counseling style is warm and interactive. I focus on YOUR goals and dreams, and I will tailor our dialogue and treatment plan to meet YOUR specific needs. It takes a lot of courage and motivation to reach out for additional support, and I intend to treat YOU with dignity, respect, sensitivity, and compassion. I believe everyone can live a fulfilling life, and my holistic approach integrates the mind and body. I will encourage you to consider diet and exercise to feel healthy and whole.
