I'm Alicia Resnikoff and I am clinical social worker who has been helping people with life transitions since I was in high school. It is my passion to listen to you, hear you, and provide you with the necessary tools to navigate the journey of life. I am here to meet you where you are and help you get to where you are going. There are times in life when the current life stressors can trigger old traumas you didn't know were there or thought were long gone. I can help you learn how to be present and enjoy the moment. My approach I use a cognitive behavioral approach while incorporating mindfulness techniques to help keep you present. My focus I have over a decade of experience working with older adults and the geriatric population. I also work with older teens and young adults. Currently, I am offering tele-health sessions only. My communication style Life's transitions can be hard, but we never have to go at them alone. I am here to help and guide you when you are ready. My goals for you I wholeheartedly believe in meeting my clients where they are and empowering them to set their own goals.
