Becoming a therapist was an instinctual decision, as mental health has always been a factor in my life. Witnessing my eldest brother's struggle and participating in therapy myself, I understand the importance of guiding others along their own journey. Completing certifications in rational emotive and cognitive behavioral therapy has helped build and shape my therapeutic approach. I believe everyone deserves to have a welcoming environment that fosters comfortability, growth, and change.
