Most of my experience as a therapist has been working with those who have struggled with anxiety or some type of abuse or trauma. I incorporate mindfulness and assist in helping the client identify and utilize coping skills that will allow them to be more in control of their every day lives. I believe the two most important pieces of therapy are trust and respect. I have worked in settings with adults including day treatment programs, inpatient, outpatient and currently have my own private practice in Madison, AL.
