My approach to therapy is to meet you at your current situation and work together to develop a treatment plan that will foster healing and well being, utilizing a holistic approach. I utilize various techniques to achieve goals, which include Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), Solution- Focused Therapy, Adlerian and Rogerian approaches.
