Dr. Alicia Marshall is a licensed clinical psychologist with over 10 years experience in the mental health field. Dr. Marshall engages in treatment from a primarily integrative/cognitive behavioral, evidence-based, and holistic approach. Additional modalities utilized include Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), Solution-Focused, Narrative, and Psychoanalytic/Psychodynamic therapy. She employs a collaborative approach tailored to the specific needs of each individual client. Dr. Marshall has completed formal research in the areas of ADHD, executive functioning (e.g., planning, organization, sustained attention, task initiation/completion), neuroplasticity, and the impact of non-drug treatments such as holistic self-care practices (e.g., sleep, diet, exercise) and routines in improving executive dysfunction and mood regulation. Current clinical research includes ADHD, executive dysfunction, self-defeating behavior, conflict resolution, unresolved grief/loss, betrayal trauma, and personality disorders. Dr. Marshall also has experience conducting psychological assessments to include psycho-educational and neuropsychological testing. In addition to her longstanding passion for mental health, Dr. Marshall is also an Army veteran and founder of a community-based platform committed to community service and social justice. Dr. Marshall is dedicated to service and assisting individuals in maximizing their full potential mentally, emotionally, physically, and spiritually.
