I am a licensed Clinical Social Worker with 18 years of experience in the mental health field. Most of my professional career has been spent treating clients in private practice, hospitals, schools, residential treatment centers, home-based counseling, and various yoga settings. Whether you are new to therapy or this is the first time you reach out for support, welcome! You are courageous in taking the first step to self-discovery and self-actualization. Occasionally, you are not fully aware of why you pursue therapy, and sometimes you have specified goals. Both are equally meaningful.
