I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with over 15 years of experience in the mental health field. I have worked with a variety of individuals with a range of presenting concerns such as depression, anxiety, trauma, bipolar disorder, relationship distress, parenting problems, anger management, impulse control problems, and chronic illness. I utilize a strengths-based, person-centered approach in helping clients realize their vision for themselves, with utmost respect for individuality and self-determination. I utilize creative approaches that are uniquely tailored to each client, with evidence-based foundations. Favored interventions incorporate cognitive-behavioral, psychodynamic, and humanistic elements. I also have a passion for utilizing body-based interventions, such as yoga and thought-field therapy, and value spirituality as a framework for individuals' experience.
