It is my belief that each person has the innate capacity to grow, to achieve wholeness, and to create a fully actualized life. My heart is so grateful to be able to provide the safe haven that catalyzes my client's amazing personal growth and recovery. My practice integrates evidenced-based modalities and I am certified in EMDR, Motivational Enhancement Therapy, Mindfulness, Gottman Method, and Brainspotting. I also incorporate other cognitive behavioral practices and other somatic therapies. These modalities, when used by a well trained professional produce remarkable results. I am an expert in treating depression, anxiety, phobias, work-life balance concerns, substance misuse, men's issues, women's issues, 2SLGBTQI+, trauma resolution, and more. I have extensive experience with first responders, military, and provide culturally informed care. I look forward to joining you on your journey!
