I like to treat a person as a whole- the sum of your different attributes make you unique. Each person is radically different and part of the journey is uncovering who you are at your core. My approach utilizes CBT to explore your thoughts and their origins to uncover the dysfunction. We'll then use DBT to make sense of how you're experiencing your emotions and help with emotion regulation. We unfortunately don't get how to manuals when we become adults, but that's where I come in. We'll go over skills you might not have learned and help get you to the person you want to be.
