I am licensed in Kentucky and Indiana with 11 years of professional work experience. I have experience in helping clients with coping with addictions, trauma and abuse, eating disorders, self-harm & bipolar disorder. You know yourself better than anyone else and are more powerful than you might realize; my job is to meet you where you are and to walk beside you, support you, and help you create the life you want. You and I will work together to create treatment goals and desired outcomes. It takes courage to seek out a more fulfilling and happier life and to take the first steps towards a change.
