I work with adults who are struggling with substance use, trauma, relationship issues, loneliness, and parenting. My approach is client-centered, trauma-informed, and attachment-based. My main goal is to provide a safe space where we can work to heal old patterns that are holding you back. I also work with couples to help build friendship, a positive perspective, shared meaning, and the ability to dialog about problems and accept influence using Sound Relationship House Theory. I have completed Gottman Method Couples Therapy Level 1.
