I am licensed in California, Colorado, and Virginia and bring over 6 years of professional experience to each session. I have training in a wide-range of issues, including stress and anxiety, relationship challenges, depression, self-love, self-esteem, life purpose, and coping with life changes.

I believe that all of us want to live a meaningful life and build loving connections with others. My intention as a therapist is to create a warm, safe, and brave space for you to address past wounds, update previous stories, and cultivate a sense of internal peace. In order to build a more beautiful life, we often need to be supported and witnessed by others. I am honored to be that person for you.

I believe that therapy can support holistic healing and personal growth by offering intentional time and space for you to focus on the essential tasks of seeing unhealthy patterns, aligning with underlying values, increasing self-love, and integrating past wounds into a more whole and healed version of yourself.
