I’m a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist committed to helping individuals pinpoint and solve emotional, mental, and interpersonal problems. I earned a Master of Science in Marriage, Family, and Child therapy from the University of Phoenix. My work focuses on targeting ineffective behaviors, habits, and beliefs that interfere with your daily life. I believe in taking a collaborative approach to help clients reach their goals. I have 9 years of experience working with clients struggling with anxiety, depression, trauma, grief and loss, and addiction. Under the umbrella of a humanistic, existential, and cognitive behavior-based approach, modalities used in treatment include Client-Centered Therapy, Gestalt Therapy, CBT, and mindfulness-based interventions. If you’re struggling to cope with anxiety, trauma, depression, grief, and loss or addiction, I can help you navigate these struggles and, together, find a path forward. My interest and hobbies include anything outdoors: hiking, swimming, exploring, sports (as a spectator), festivals, concerts, and so on. My hobbies are all about creating: painting, teaching myself sculpting, reading, and spending time with my family.
