Many of my clients who seek out therapy wonder what it will be like. Keep in mind, we are all here because it is our desire to help. As a Licensed Professional Counselor it is my passion to help my clients grow in the areas they most desire or that will make the greatest impact. Whether you are struggling with anxiety, depression, relational problems, or other life issues I believe therapy can be great and beneficial. But it is not a magic pill. Personal change requires a plan and takes work. Human change is an ongoing process that happens over time for each of us.

Over the past 7 years, I have worked with children and adolescents, young adults, couples, and families. Common focuses of treatment have been: communication skills, behavioral problems and disturbing home or school placement, developing self-worth, identifying future goals and developing action steps to achieve these goals, and processing past adverse experiences, better known as trauma.

Jan 2022 Edit: Hello & Happy New Year! I am seeking clients who are hoping to address a specific concern/topic and wrap up in the next 4-6 weeks. Out of full transparency, I am currently 8 months pregnant and expecting the second week of March. I will continue to work, as I have been, through the month of February. You may notice less availability near the end of the week, due to family visiting, doctor appointments, and reducing the length of my work week to better care for myself. Once our little girl is born, I intend to take 8-12 weeks to spend with her and will have limited availability when I return.
