I am a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker with a Masters in Social Work. I obtained my Masters from the University of South Carolina – Columbia. I work with people of all ages, sexuality, genders, and backgrounds. I work with clients in whatever medium works best for them, phone, video, messaging. I have experience working with clients who suffer from self-esteem concerns, suicidal ideations, self-harming tendencies, anxiety, and depression. With all that’s going on in the world today it’s easy to become overwhelmed, and it can help to talk with someone outside of your circle. Everyone deserves to feel at peace and confident in their own lives. I focus on using CBT and psychoeducational approaches to help my clients, and will work with clients to identify alternative approaches as needed.
