I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker in Connecticut experienced in working with adults through a combination of psychodynamic, humanistic, and cognitive theories provided in a relational, person-centered approach. I strive to cultivate a compassionate and comfortable space in which clients can feel safe in navigating the full complexity of life's stressors. I have experience in the treatment of anxiety, depression, stress management, life transitions, grief & loss, and identity-related issues. As no treatment is "one-size fits all", I enjoy incorporating various relaxation strategies, distress tolerance and emotional regulation techniques, and mindfulness to honor the wants and needs of each individual client. I view my role as a therapist as that of a teammate. In working together, I strive to empower clients to access their inner strengths and live their best lives.
