My role as a counselor is to be a safe, warm and non-judgmental presence so that I can help you heal from past and present hurts, navigate life’s ups and downs, and achieve whatever goals you would like to set for yourself. I firmly believe we all have it within ourselves to manage and heal from a wide variety of challenges; my job is to help you unlock that potential. Some of the challenges I have helped clients work through include trauma, abuse, neglect, addiction, adverse childhood experiences, depression, anxiety, grief (including pet loss) and general overwhelming life transitions.
