Welcome! I am Lexi, a dedicated bilingual therapist committed to supporting you on your journey towards emotional well-being and personal growth. With fluency in both English and Spanish, I provide a safe and culturally sensitive space for individuals seeking therapy. My passion for mental health and helping others led me to pursue a career in therapy. Over the years, I have had the privilege of working with diverse populations, allowing me to develop a deep understanding of the unique challenges and strengths that different cultures and languages bring to the therapeutic process. I believe that effective therapy is built on a foundation of trust, empathy, and collaboration. My therapeutic approach is geared towards person centered- I believe you are the expert of your own life and I am there to facilitate your own self-discovery. I also integrate elements from various therapeutic modalities to create a well-rounded and holistic experience. Outside of my work, I am an avid dog lover, I enjoy doing things with my dogs and love going to baseball games, going to concerts, and new hobbies. I am currently interested in sourdough bread making as a new hobby. I understand the importance of a balanced and fulfilling life, and I strive to bring that perspective into our therapeutic journey.
