I am a Professional Counselor Licensed in Oklahoma. I have over 10 years of experience in the health care field. I have worked with clients in a variety of settings with a variety of concerns. A few examples of my experiences are working with clients facing depression, anxiety, self-esteem issues, communication issues, parenting challenges, Autism, and ADD/ADHD. I also have experience with self-harm, trauma, and abuse issues.
My counseling style is caring, encouraging, open to humor and nonjudgmental. I treat everyone with respect and compassion. I am here to listen, educate, and empower people. I put great focus on building a trusting relationship utilizing HIPPA Compliant Confidentiality.
My treatment approach combines Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Person Centered and Solution Focused modalities. I believe it is also important to be linked to additional resources that can provide extra care and support.
