Hi, I'm Alexcis! I'm a Licensed Clinical Social Worker but you might also call me a mindful, coping skills, mood disturbance, values-oriented, polyamorous counselor. I help people who long to feel stable, secure, physically, and emotionally healthy but hold themselves back due to past and present difficulties. These barriers, keep them from moving forward and accomplishing their goals.

Living a life of values does not guarantee a stress-free easy life. It can however help get through the tough times by keeping us on track to accomplish our goals. Life is hard and full of stress.
