I am a licensed clinical social worker with ten years of experience working in Virginia. I have provided assistance to clients with a wide variety of struggles that include, but are not limited to, personality disorders, depression, anxiety, social difficulties, and end of life care issues. Coupled with empathy and warmth, my approach to counselling includes cognitive behavioral therapy, narrative therapy, client-centered therapy, and psychodynamic therapy.

Seeking help and support can be very difficult, and it takes strength, courage and vulnerability when making this first step towards change.
