Welcome! The journey we take together will be one of safety and surrender. One of wounding and finding pleasure. One of expansion and ease. One of radiance and magnetism. Most importantly, it will be a journey of reclamation of your vitality, joy, sovereignty, rapture, and divinity.

I view the work I offer as medicine and I specialize in somatic healing and sexuality (healing pain and wounds AND enhancing pleasure and ecstasy) to help you live the life you want as the best version of yourself, aligning with your values.

I have a background in Tantra, energy work, yoga, clinical hypnosis, de-armouring, and much more. My passion is to provide safe space for people to stretch and grow in healing wounds to enhance pleasure.

My heart lies with working with those who are self-motivated and desire an eclectic approach to healing where talk therapy just doesn't cut it. Using a holistic and spiritual framework is at the core of this journey. Ultimately, I require those seeking this journey with me to understand that I offer so much to you to deepen your journey in between sessions. I find this to be the most sustainable approach to healing. If we only focus on your growth once per week, it will take a long time to get there. I prefer shifting to happen quickly as we dissolve old patterns and cultivate authenticity in your relationship with your truth.

I specifically work with deepening the relationship to the body, healing old wounds, de-armoring stuck energy and pain, and enhancing pleasure. This is often the most challenging for many people, as we have been trained to devalue our body and to medicalize our pain. Understanding the emotional, and often spiritual, connection of our wounds is key to transforming our bodies to welcome healing and pleasure.

I also work within the realm of the subconscious to help reprogram thought patterns and behaviors to better align with your values and desires using hypnosis techniques (and depending on your needs, past life regression and inner journeys for deep healing and integration of parts of the self). This means we will tap into the well of your inner wisdom in order to stretch in the most delicious of ways as you heal and transform your birthright to pleasure in all forms.

I believe in the medicine that I offer and do not have a clinical approach to this journey. I will see you as a whole being without being attached to labels or diagnosis. I place high merit on your inner experience. I value safety above all else and ensuring that you feel safe in our time together is the highest priority.

While I do not place emphasis on the clinical, I believe in working from a de-colonization framework. For me, this means unmedicalizing mental and sexual health and wellbeing. It means witnessing you as you are, with all of your wounding and patterns and holding safe space for you to dive into deep healing and ultimately develop an intimate relationship with yourself and your pleasure.

Tap into your inner wisdom to determine if working with me feels right to you. This is key. I desire working with people who are truly aligned with me and the medicine I offer, as I know this journey isn't for everyone.
