Hello, my name is Alexandria Carlson and I’m an LPCC living in Toledo Ohio. I originally hail from Chicago and Denver Colorado. Growing up in these two social cities has cultivated my love for people & helping them thrive. Having walked in the shoes of depression & anxiety myself, I understand how debilitating both can be, so I am grateful & passionate about providing therapy. I also treat eating disorders at an outpatient level of care and can help give referrals to the community if your treatment needs require medically monitored care. My mission is to continue to help my clients create room for impactful acceptance & change that will help them to live a fulfilling and effective life.
