I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in the State of Florida. I have more than 10 years experience in the substance abuse and mental health field. I received a masters degree from Barry University in Miami, Florida. I graduated with honors from the college of social work. I have dedicated my life to the field of mental health and substance abuse. I have a son that suffers from a mental health disorder as well and I am his caregiver. My specialties are grief and loss, depression, anxiety, trauma and dysfunctional family issues. My treatment style is assisting and guiding people to find their own solutions. I utilize the therapeutic modalities of Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Solution- Focused Therapy, Narrative Therapy, and Motivational Interviewing. It has been a privilege to assist people through some of the most difficult times of their lives. I enjoy being part of their change process and watching them live happier and more fulfilling lives.
