Hello! I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist who integrates foundational principles of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) with psychotherapy for individuals and families. I work with depression and anxiety disorders, adjustment disorders (grief/loss, divorce, stress, etc.), trauma, couple’s issues, and family relational problems. I have extensive experience as a behavior interventionist working to reduce challenging behaviors related to ADD/ADHD, Autism, Asperger’s Syndrome, and other special needs. Additionally, I have training in TF-CBT (Trauma Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy). My mission is to provide a safe environment that supports clients to navigate challenging circumstances and create paths of fulfillment. I believe the key to a successful therapeutic experience is aligning with one's true self. My caring approach and devotion to my clients provide a welcoming environment, conducive to emotional connection and positive growth.
