I have worked with a diverse client population with a wide range of concerns including depression, anxiety, substance abuse, relationship issues, career challenges, and anger management. I also have experience in crisis intervention, child abuse, foster care, and adoptions.
My therapy style is open, empathetic, and strengths-based. I believe in treating everyone with respect and compassion. I am here to listen and help guide you on becoming the best version of yourself. I use cognitive behavioral therapy and motivational interviewing as my therapeutic approach, however our treatment plan will be designed to meet your specific needs.
